Hose Reel Quadro 800TST-1200T

Reel 412596 is the hose winding mechanism for the Kranzle Quadro 800TST - 1200T pressure washers. The product includes the reel mechanism only – without the working hose. The high-pressure hose correct for these models is purchased separately and fitted to the reel during initial installation or when replacing it. The reel provides neat hose storage at the washer and enables automatic or manual rewinding after use.

Application

The reel is mounted as a component of the Quadro 800TST, 1000TST or 1200T washer, allowing the high-pressure hose to be wound and unwound without manual coiling. The rotary connector at the reel axis transfers water under working pressure between the fixed pump connection and the rotating reel – the hose winds and unwinds without twisting the installation. The absence of a hose in the set means that when only the reel mechanism is being replaced, the operator retains the existing serviceable hose and mounts it on the new reel.

• Spring rewind mechanism does not retract the hose or does so unevenly – damaged spring in the self-rewind mechanism, if the reel is equipped with one.
• Lateral play in the reel – worn bearing blocks cause runout and uneven hose winding.

How to select the right part

Identify by reference number 412596 and the washer model – Quadro. Kranzle hose reels differ between models in dimensions, hose capacity and rotary connector configuration – a reel from a different model may not fit geometrically or may have an incompatible connector type.

When purchasing the reel without a hose, confirm before ordering that the existing hose is serviceable and compatible with reel 412596 – the length, nominal diameter and end fittings of the hose must match the reel specification for the Quadro models.
