3. Cash on Delivery

Payment is made upon delivery of the parcel – you hand the cash to the courier delivering your order.

For all purchased goods, we issue a receipt or a VAT invoice. The proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice) is included with the shipment. Upon the customer's request, we can issue an e-invoice, which will be sent electronically.

According to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of December 17, 2010, on issuing and sending invoices in electronic form, as well as storing and making them available to the tax authority or fiscal control authority (Journal of Laws 10.249.1661), a VAT invoice does not require a signature. In accordance with §3(1) of the above regulation, invoices may be sent electronically after prior acceptance by the invoice recipient. The buyer gives consent when placing the order.
