For all purchased goods, we issue a receipt or a VAT invoice. The proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice) is included with the shipment. Upon the customer's request, we can issue an e-invoice, which will be sent electronically.
Pursuant to Article 106e of the Act of 11 March 2004 on Value Added Tax, a VAT invoice does not require the signature of the issuer or recipient. The method of issuing invoices depends on the legal status of the Buyer:
- For B2B transactions (for businesses), structured invoices are issued and made available in the National E-Invoice System (KSeF) in accordance with the VAT Act. The Buyer downloads them directly from the Ministry of Finance platform.
- For B2C transactions (for consumers), invoices are issued in paper form outside the KSeF system and attached to the shipment.
