The delivery cost in our store is calculated automatically in the cart after you add products and enter the delivery address. This is because the rate depends on several parameters (e.g., dimensions, weight, parcel length, number of parcels, carrier, and destination country).
How we calculate delivery costs
The final delivery price depends, among others, on:
- recipient’s country and postal code,
- total order weight,
- dimensions (e.g., long lances/hoses may require non-standard shipping),
- number of parcels and packing method,
- selected carrier and service type (e.g., pickup point / courier / pallet),
- any additional services (e.g., cash on delivery).
That’s why we do not publish a single fixed price list — it would be misleading for some orders.
Where you can see the delivery cost
The delivery cost is shown:
- in the cart after you enter the address,
- in the order summary before payment.
We do not charge any “after-the-fact” fees without your approval. If an order requires non-standard transport (e.g., pallet / non-standard length), we will contact you before processing the order.
Carriers and delivery options
We offer delivery, among others:
- courier,
- pickup point (if available),
- pallet shipping (for selected orders).
Available methods depend on the country and the contents of the cart.
Order processing time
As a standard, we ship orders as quickly as possible after the payment is recorded / the order is confirmed.
You can see the exact status in your customer account or receive it by e-mail.
International delivery
International delivery is available for selected countries. Delivery cost and available methods are calculated in the cart after you enter the address.
Additional information
We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

All parcels are packed carefully under camera supervision. Devices are shipped on a pallet with reinforced protection.
