This is a craftsmanship warranty – conceived and delivered by KUBICZ DUO Sp. z o.o., owner of the dobremyjki.pl online store.

Why do we offer an extended warranty for up to 5 years?

We are a service center with 30 years of experience, and we know that a properly selected Kränzle pressure washer, with minimal care for clean water and regular oil changes, works reliably for 15 years or more. Our extended warranty is not an “all-risk policy” – it is professional protection for customers who want to eliminate the marginal (estimated at 1%) risk of a hidden material defect appearing later in the product’s lifecycle. We are transparent: we protect the machine’s core structure, while you ensure proper operation.

By default, the manufacturer of Kranzle machines provides a 1- or 2-year warranty – as specified by the proof of purchase.

  1. if the purchase is made by a company – then 1 year, with no extension option
  2. if the purchase is consumer or sole proprietorship (JDG) (single-person business activity – purchase not related to professional use) – then 2 years as standard, with a paid extension option for an additional 1, 2, or 3 years from KUBICZ DUO Sp. z o.o.

What is covered by our extended warranty?

Hidden material defects of key components (motor, pump housing, gearbox) that prevent further operation and are not caused by mechanical wear or improper use. The warranty covers cracks, deformations, or other structural damage to the pump housing, motor, and gearbox resulting from hidden casting or material defects.

  • the warranty does not cover natural wear and tear.
  • the extended warranty applies only to the washer unit itself.

What is not covered by our extended warranty?

  • damage resulting from user errors – supplying dirty water, failing to protect the washer from frost, operation with voltage drops, etc.
  • damage resulting from poor servicing – no oil changes, no nozzle cleaning, etc.
  • wear and tear / consumption – worn seals, valves, bearings, pressure gauge, pistons, worn bearing seats, etc.
  • damage resulting from use not compliant with intended purpose and user manual
  • vandalism and mechanical damage
  • accessories – hose, gun, lances, nozzles, water filter, etc.

We will conduct a short verification call with you and ask a few questions such as:

  • what do you want to do with this device, or what is your business profile?
  • how will you service this equipment?
  • we will also check whether you are choosing a model suited to your needs.

If, after verification, we can meet your expectations, we will prepare an offer for the extended warranty. Most often, the amounts are:

  • 3-year warranty (2 years standard + 1 extended) – PLN 249 gross
  • 4-year warranty (2 years standard + 2 extended) – PLN 449 gross
  • 5-year warranty (2 years standard + 3 extended) – PLN 649 gross

Your selected option will be added to the order, and you will receive confirmation of purchase of this option on the sales document.


Extended warranty terms and conditions

  1. The guarantor is KUBICZ DUO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, headquartered in Nowy Targ, ul. Nad Czerwonką 26 C, NIP: 7352863548, KRS: 0001142608.
  2. The warranty is granted to consumers within the meaning of Article 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code and to natural persons conducting business activity (JDG), provided that the purchase of the device is not of a professional nature for them, resulting in particular from the scope of their business activity (based on CEIDG registration).
  3. Maximum use: 50 operating hours per year (models from the 1050 series and Quickly: 25 operating hours per year). If the washer has no hour meter, the condition of internal parts decides: piston surfaces, piston guide, drive disc, seals, valve working surfaces. Wear above household-use standards will be grounds for rejecting the claim.
  4. A condition for maintaining the extended warranty is an oil change every 12 months or every 30 hours (1050 series and Quickly models: every 15 operating hours). Oil changes must be documented; acceptable proof includes: invoice for oil purchase or entry in the service card. Oil changes may be performed by us, by any service center, or by yourself.
  5. A complaint is accepted for verification only after a remote technical consultation has been conducted.
  6. The customer is responsible for safely packaging the equipment when shipping it to us.
  7. If an operational fault is found (e.g., clogged nozzle, blocked filter), the user covers the technical assessment cost – PLN 150 net – and transport costs both ways. These costs will be charged only when the complaint was clearly unfounded and the customer was informed in advance about the possibility of such costs before service actions began.
  8. Our decision on the validity of a complaint is based on technical and photographic documentation of damaged components, which we share with the customer together with the assessment.
  9. If, during fault verification (based on hour meter or component wear level), the guarantor determines that the device was used continuously, professionally, or for profit-making purposes, the warranty claim will be rejected as inconsistent with the intended purpose of the warranty.
  10. In the event of a disputed diagnosis, the customer has the right to appoint an independent expert. If the expert’s opinion confirms a material defect, the guarantor will reimburse documented opinion costs (up to market rate) and perform the repair. The customer may also request dispute resolution by an authorized Kränzle central service center.
  11. During diagnosis, we follow Kränzle manufacturer service guidelines.
  12. This warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the buyer’s rights arising from statutory warranty provisions (or lack of conformity of goods with the contract).

Is this extended warranty really worth it for me? Is it additional insurance like in big-box stores? |Absolutely not. We are not an insurance company. This is our private, craftsmanship-based service promise. We sign it as KUBICZ DUO – people who have been disassembling these machines down to the last part for 30 years. If you are a conscious user, use a water filter, and change oil regularly – statistically, it may not be worth it. Kränzle washers are engineered for 15–20 years of reliable operation. The risk that in year 4 or 5 the motor housing or brass pump cracks due to a factory defect is close to 1% – this offer is for people seeking 100% peace of mind, for those who want to eliminate even that 1% risk of an unlucky factory failure. By purchasing our extended warranty, you “reserve” our time and expertise. If a problem occurs, you do not call a hotline – you call a specific specialist who knows your machine.

Will this warranty repair my washer if I neglect it? |No. We will not repair for free a gun that was dropped, or a pump that froze in a garage. We will not cover the cost of worn seals after 4 years of heavy use. Our warranty protects the machine’s structure; you must take care of its operation (water, oil, and power supply).


Who is this warranty for? |Only for consumers – purchases not made for a company – who buy equipment matched to their needs. It also applies to sole proprietors (JDG) where the equipment will not be used as the primary work tool. Example: an architect running a sole proprietorship buys a pressure washer on company invoice to wash paving once a year in front of the building where they operate. The pressure washer is not their primary work tool – in this case our extended warranty fully applies. Importantly, the equipment must be matched to what the user intends to do with it. So, if someone needs to clean 2,000 m² of paving and buys the cheapest Family-series washer on a retail receipt just to get additional warranty, it will not work this way. We are not an anonymous insurance company. As a service center with 30 years of experience, we can accurately determine the root cause of failures. Our goal is not to avoid repairs, but to assess fairly: if material is at fault – we repair at our cost; if lack of filter use or frost is at fault – we help restore the machine at a reasonable price.

How does it work in practice? |In case of a fault, call us first – we solve 70% of issues over the phone, which saves time and shipping costs. If that fails, you send the equipment to us. If we determine the fault qualifies for warranty repair – we repair it at our cost and send it back to you. If we determine the fault arose for another reason or is normal wear and tear – we call you and agree on next steps.

What if I believe the fault is a defect, but the service says it is wear and tear? |We play with open cards. Every decision to reject a warranty claim is supported by photographic documentation. If the service sees sand in the valves – we will show it to you in a photo. If you still have doubts, you can always send the machine to Kränzle central service. If they confirm you are right – we will reimburse your costs and repair the equipment.
