500–700 bar Pressure Washers

Pressure washers working at 500–700 bar. They are used where a standard 150–250 bar machine cannot do the job, or takes too long: removing old paint and coatings, loose rust and hardened concrete from formwork, concrete mixers and construction machinery, and hard deposits in industrial plants.

What to check when choosing

Drive – electric (400 V) or engine-driven, depending on the model and the work site.
Pressure vs flow rate – at the same power, higher pressure means lower flow. Stripping coatings is about pressure; rinsing large surfaces is about flow.
Accessories – the hose, gun, lance, nozzles and couplings must be rated for at least the machine's working pressure. Standard accessories from 150–250 bar machines are not suitable for this equipment.
Nozzles – the nozzle size must match the pump's flow rate, because it determines the pressure achieved. A worn nozzle noticeably lowers working pressure.

A 500–700 bar jet can cut skin and cause injection injuries. Wear protective clothing, safety footwear and a face shield, and never aim the jet at people or animals.
