Pump Outlet Fitting R1/4"x12mm

Pump outlet component with R1/4" thread and 12mm end, fitted in the valve block. Marks the start of the high-pressure line carrying water on into the installation.

Application

The fitting forms the pump outlet from the valve block, connecting via a Usit ring to the Ermeto 12mm elbow (42.630), which directs the pressurized water flow on to the rest of the high-pressure installation.

Symptoms – when to replace

• Water leak at the fitting's seat in the valve block or at the connection with the elbow.
• The R1/4" thread is worn or damaged and the part cannot be tightened fully.
• Visible corrosion or cracking of the fitting body when disassembled.
• Drop in working pressure, with no other visible cause at the pump outlet.

How to choose the right part

Selection is based on reference number 44215 – note that a similar variant with the "5" suffix (44.215 5) is used on the therm Starlet 3 and is a different, non-interchangeable product.

When replacing the fitting, also check the condition of the Usit ring (12.387) and the elbow (42.630) in the same path – a leak here often involves several cooperating components at once.
