Application

The tube carries high-pressure water from the pump's valve block to the water guide shaft (Welle Wasserführung) in the axis of the hose reel. Thanks to its Ermeto fittings, it provides a tight, detachable connection allowing removal during reel servicing.

Symptoms – when to replace

• Water leak at an Ermeto fitting, despite a properly tightened fitting nut.
• Visible crack, dent, or corrosion on the tube body.
• Pressure drop when working from the reel, despite a sound pump and sound high-pressure hose.
• Streak marks on the housing around the path of the tube between the pump and the reel.

How to choose the right part

Selection is based on reference number 43824 – the tube is specific to the Profi series hose reel and is not interchangeable with equivalents used in other series (e.g. quadro), despite the outwardly similar reel design.

When replacing the tube, also check the condition of the water guide shaft (43.816) and the Ermeto seals at both ends – a leak in this path often involves several components at once, not just the tube itself.
