Piston Spring Seat Washer 15mm

Metal plate positioned between the piston spring and the 15mm plunger in the pump drive mechanism. Transfers the spring's pressure force evenly onto the plunger.

Application

The plate works in the pump drive mechanism chamber (Getriebeteil), in the sequence piston spring – pressure plate – plunger – retaining ring. It ensures stable, axial transfer of spring pressure onto the plunger during pump operation.

Symptoms – when to replace

• The plate is visibly worn or has an uneven contact surface against the spring or plunger.
• Visible dents or localized wear marks at the contact point with the spring.
• Uneven pump operation or a pressure drop, with mechanism disassembly revealing a tilted or cracked plate.
• Increased axial play of the plunger when the mechanism is moved by hand after removing the housing.
