Lance Holder Stand

The lance stand is a frame component where the lance rests upright when not in use. It's used on Kränzle therm CA 11/130, therm CA 12/150 and therm CA 15/120 units.

Application

The stand is fitted on the unit's chassis frame, next to the lance holder and the sleeve for its tip. It holds the lance in a safe, upright position during transport and storage of the unit, protecting it from falling or damage to the spray tip.

Symptoms – when to replace

• Cracked or broken stand – the lance won't sit securely in the holder
• Play in the stand's mounting to the frame – the stand moves or rotates
• Corroded or deformed mounting making it hard to slide the lance in
• Visible cracks at the point where it bolts to the chassis frame
• The lance falls out of the stand while the unit is being transported

• By reference number: 46502
• By unit model: therm CA 11/130 / 12/150 / 15/120
• By the matching components: fitted together with the lance holder (no. 42610) and the tip sleeve (no. 46503) on the same frame
• Don't confuse with the similarly named stand on the quadro series (different number, different frame design)
