Hydraulic Accumulator Connection Sleeve

Mounting sleeve securing the hydraulic accumulator in the flow safety block. Provides a tight seat for the accumulator in the hydraulic system.

Application

The sleeve connects the hydraulic accumulator (Hydrospeicher, 44.140) to the rest of the flow safety block, working together with the L-fitting (L-Verschraubung, 44.869). It provides a tight pressure passage between the accumulator and the block's hydraulic system.

Symptoms – when to replace

• Water leak at the accumulator's seat in the safety block, despite a sound accumulator itself.
• The sleeve's thread is worn or damaged and the part cannot be tightened fully.
• Visible corrosion or cracking of the sleeve body when the block is disassembled.
• Leak persisting despite replacing the hydraulic accumulator itself.

How to choose the right part

Selection is based on reference number 441401 – note the suffix on the number, so as not to confuse this sleeve with the hydraulic accumulator itself (44140), which is a separate catalog item.

When replacing the sleeve, also assess the condition of the hydraulic accumulator and the L-fitting at the same mounting point – a leak in the safety block rarely results from a single component.
