Rubber Damper 30x30mm

Rubber-metal vibration isolator 30x30mm with M8x25 thread on both sides. 4 pieces are used per machine, fitted under the pump-motor unit.

Application

The damper isolates the pump-motor unit from the chassis frame, damping vibration generated during pump operation. The M8x25 thread on both sides allows direct mounting between the unit and the frame, without additional intermediate components.

Symptoms – when to replace

• Increased vibration transmitted to the frame and housing of the unit during operation, not present on a new machine.
• The damper is flattened, cracked, or detached from the metal insert.
• Metallic contact between the unit and the frame felt during operation, indicating the rubber has fully collapsed.
• Visible shift or tilt of the unit relative to the chassis frame.

How to choose the right part

Selection is based on reference number 44227 and the 30x30mm size with M8x25 thread on both sides – the same component is used across many different Kränzle series in the same role.

When replacing, it's worth replacing all 4 pieces at once – uneven wear on a single damper while leaving older ones in place causes the unit to tilt and accelerates wear on the new part.

Does this damper work together with the smaller 15x15mm component (43419) described earlier?|Yes, on some models (e.g. therm Starlet 3) both components work together in the same unit mounting – the 30x30 Schwingmetall as the main vibration isolator, and the smaller damper as an additional movement limiter.

Does removing the dampers require lifting or taking the whole unit off the frame?|Yes, replacement requires unbolting the unit from the frame and lifting it enough to access the threads securing the dampers on both sides.
