Water Inlet Connector 3/4"

Brass connector with male thread R3/4" on both ends, fitted in the water inlet line between the hose connection and the further part of the installation.

Application

The connector links the water inlet connection in line with the 3x R3/4" female tee (42.813) leading further to the float valve in the buffer tank. The male thread on both sides allows two female-threaded parts to be joined without an intermediate reducing connector.

Symptoms – when to replace

• Water leak at one or both threads even though the parts on both sides are properly tightened.
• The thread is worn or damaged and the nut cannot be tightened fully on one side.
• The connector body is cracked or corroded, especially after prolonged outdoor use.
• Difficulty tightening the tee or the inlet hose despite intact threads on both sides – may indicate a deformed connector.

How to choose the right part

Selection is based on reference number 42804 and the R3/4" thread on both sides – this part fits the specific water inlet layout of quadro 1500 TS/TST, not the smaller quadro models with a different connection layout.

When replacing, check the condition of the copper washer (42.820) at the connection with the tee – a damaged washer causes leaks even with a sound connector.
