Rubber Damper 30x20mm

Rubber base foot for Kränzle HD 7/122 TS and HD 10/122 TS portable units. Fitted in a set of 4 pieces together with a 8.4 washer and a DIN985 M8 self-locking nut, it dampens vibration from the running pump and prevents the unit from shifting on smooth surfaces.

Application

The foot is mounted under the HD 7/122 TS / HD 10/122 TS frame, one at each corner of the base – 4 pieces per unit in total. The rubber buffer absorbs vibration transmitted from the pump and motor to the ground and increases the unit's grip during operation. The mounting is a set: rubber buffer, 8.4 washer, and M8 self-locking nut.

Symptoms – when to replace

• Cracked or hardened rubber – the buffer loses elasticity and stops damping vibration
• Material loss or chipping at the point of contact with the ground
• Noticeable vibration and the unit "walking" across the floor during pump operation
• Permanent deformation of the foot after prolonged standing under load
• Loose mounting nut despite tightening – often indicates crushed, overly thin rubber
