Complete nozzle tube fitted in the body of the Kränzle foam lance. The water and detergent mixture flows through this component before exiting through the nozzle head.
The tube connects the foam lance body (Grundkörper kpl.) to the nozzle head (Düsenkopf), carrying the mixture of water and detergent from the container to the point where foam is formed. It works in the flow path together with the jet adjustment ring (Stellring kpl.), which allows switching the jet shape between flat and pinpoint.
Selection is based on reference number 1353332 – the tube is common to all foam lance connector variants (Stecknippel D12, Stecknippel D10 light, Verschraubung M22x1.5) and both container capacities (1l, 2l).
When replacing, also check the condition of the suction hose with restrictor (Ansaugschlauch mit Drossel) and the foam lance body – if the foam formation problem persists after replacing just the tube, the cause may lie in these neighboring components.
Kränzle Schauminjektor – all variants: with D12 connector, with D10 (light) connector, with M22x1.5 threaded connection, 1l and 2l container versions.
Does the same tube fit both the 1l and 2l container versions of the foam lance?|Yes, according to the official parts list the nozzle tube is common to both container capacities – only the container itself differs.
I replaced the tube but the foam is still weak – what else should I check?|Check the flow through the suction hose with restrictor and the condition of the jet adjustment ring – an incorrect setting on pinpoint instead of flat jet also limits foam formation.
Can I try cleaning the tube before replacing it?|Yes, the manufacturer recommends first gently cleaning the nozzle opening with a straightened paperclip after disconnecting the foam lance from the gun – only replace the tube if that doesn't help.
Does removing the tube require dismantling the entire foam lance body?|Yes, accessing the tube requires separating the body and the nozzle head – it's worth noting the order of the parts during disassembly to make reassembly easier.
Does the foam lance with the M22x1.5 connector differ internally from the D12 connector version, apart from the connector itself?|According to the parts list, the difference is limited to the inlet connector component – the nozzle tube, body and head are the same across all variants.
