Matching model Thermic 10.1 HW 2016

The Lavor Thermic 10.1 HW (code 36111-00031) is a stand-alone heated-water pressure washer powered by a Yanmar L100V engine (diesel, 10 HP). It needs no mains supply, as it has an electric start with a battery included in the set. In Lavor materials the model also appears with the 2016 designation. It delivers 200 bar and 960 l/h at an outlet water temperature of up to 140°C.

Technical data

  • Lavor code: 36111-00031
  • Engine: Yanmar L100V, diesel, air-cooled, 10 HP, electric start with battery
  • Pressure: 200 bar
  • Flow: 960 l/h
  • Water temperature: max. 60°C at the inlet, max. 140°C at the outlet, electronic constant-temperature setting
  • Pump: Lavor CL6, 3 ceramic pistons, brass head, flange-mounted bypass (unloader) valve, 1560 rpm
  • Boiler: vertical, stainless steel, double coil, burner controlled by a flow meter
  • Safety: safety valve, boiler thermal protection, flame control, automatic engine speed reduction in bypass mode
  • Weight: 200 kg, dimensions 120 x 73 x 95 cm

In the set

  • AL55 gun (350 bar, 45 l/min, 160°C), 3/8" swivel connection
  • 700 mm M22 lance (high and low pressure)
  • 10 m high-pressure hose, R2, 5/16", 400 bar
  • Starter battery

Application

The machine suits jobs where there is no power outlet and grease, oil, lubricants or dried-on dirt must be washed off: agricultural and construction machinery, building sites, workshops and technical facilities. Hot water shortens the time needed to wash greasy dirt compared with cold water. Petrol/diesel operation requires good ventilation, so the machine is placed outdoors or in a room with exhaust extraction.

What to look out for when choosing

  • 200 bar / 960 l/h version. Lavor also has code 36111-00032 with the same construction but 160 bar and 1260 l/h. Check the code, as the versions differ in pressure and flow.
  • Hot water model. The cold-water version with a diesel engine is a separate model, the Thermic 10.1 D (codes 36022-00029 and 36022-00030), without a boiler.
  • Wheels. Wheels are not part of the equipment: the frame has rubber feet and a handle for vertical lifting. Lavor offers an optional wheel kit if the machine is to be moved around a site.
  • No engine oil protection. The machine has no low-oil-level sensor (oil-alert), so the engine oil level has to be checked by hand before work.
  • Missing data. We don't state the fuel tank capacity, burner output or fuel consumption, as we don't have them confirmed for this code.

[faq]

How does the Thermic 10.1 HW differ from the Thermic 10.1 D?|The HW is the hot-water version with a boiler and burner. The Thermic 10.1 D (codes 36022-00029 and 36022-00030) is a cold-water version with the same engine, without a boiler. We don't combine these designations in this product's name, because code 36111-00031 refers only to the HW model.

How do codes 36111-00031 and 36111-00032 differ?|They differ only in pressure and flow: 00031 has 200 bar and 960 l/h, while 00032 has 160 bar and 1260 l/h. The engine, pump, boiler, weight and dimensions are the same.

What does the burner being controlled by a flow meter mean?|The burner runs only when water is flowing through the boiler, which protects the coil from overheating. When there are ignition problems even though water is flowing, the flow meter is what gets checked.

Can I supply the machine with mains water above 60°C?|No. The maximum inlet water temperature is 60°C. Water at the boiler outlet can reach 140°C, so don't aim the jet at people or animals, and wear gloves.
