The sandblasting kit turns a high-pressure washer into a wet blasting machine. The injector mixes high-pressure water with abrasive drawn from a separate container, creating a jet for removing paint, rust and old coatings.
Application
Removing paint and varnish residue, rust from metal, vehicles and structural components, cleaning facades, natural stone and plaster. Mixing water with the abrasive reduces dust compared with dry blasting. The injector (370 mm) connects to the washer's gun in place of the standard lance, and the suction hose is placed in the abrasive container.
Symptoms – when to replace
- The injector doesn't draw in abrasive despite a sound pressure washer – worn Venturi nozzle in the injector
- Cracks or leaks in the injector body after contact with abrasive
- Damaged or kinked suction hose, so the abrasive container isn't drawn from properly
- Worn M22x1.5 thread on the injector inlet, making the connection to the gun leak
How to choose the right part
The injector works at 120–250 bar and 10–19 l/min – a washer with lower output won't draw in abrasive correctly. The injector inlet has an M22x1.5 male thread (ST 30) – on guns with a D12 quick coupling, an additional M22 to D12 adapter is needed.
Compatibility
Fits any high-pressure washer (not only Kränzle) delivering 10–19 l/min at 120–250 bar, fitted with an M22x1.5 thread or a suitable adapter.

What abrasive can be used with this kit?|Ordinary blasting sand, blast furnace slag or steel shot, with a grain size of 0.2–2.0 mm. Larger or irregular fractions can clog the injector.
Is this kit suitable for washers with a D12 quick coupling?|The injector has an M22x1.5 thread, not a D12 coupling – to connect it to a gun with the D12 system, an M22 to D12 adapter is needed.
Why do the instructions say the suction hose should point upward?|If the suction hose connection points downward, water can get into the hose and clog it with wet abrasive, blocking suction.
Is additional protective equipment needed for blasting?|Yes, the manufacturer requires protective clothing and safety goggles – the jet with abrasive has strong recoil and can chip small particles off the cleaned surface.
Can this injector be used at the washer's minimum pressure, e.g. 100 bar?|No, the manufacturer specifies a minimum of 120 bar and 10 l/min – at lower values the injector doesn't draw in abrasive correctly.
